As a growing organization in the renewable energy field, we are a company dedicated and involved in performing projects that include consultancy, design and research & development activities.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Research and development (R&D) projects can cover stages as design, development, construction and testing of prototypes.

The information generated as manufacturing drawings and technical procedures for manufacture could be provided to the client, if it has been defined as part of project activities. This means that a technology transfer of the project results could be done to the client, if it has considered within project stages. 

Prototypes, units and devices constructed are shipped at the end of the project.

Also we can provide consultancy and technical advice for setting up and implementation of production and manufacuring facilities, and for product design and development according to a target market.

WIND TURBINES, PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATORS

We can work on the development of wind turbines and permanent magnet generators (PMGs) according to your requirements and specifications. Designing activities involve wind turbine components as rotor, PMG, turbine mainframe among others.

We can design and supply custom permanent magnet alternators for a specific application as wind, hydro or other.

We could also supply you wind turbine components and permanent magnet generators that are a result of a development project previously performed by us for you. This would allow you to begin the implementation of your manufacture facilities while we supply you some components or units, or you could do the implementation furthermore.

WIND FARM PROJECTS

The development of Wind Park projects depends on technical activities as selecting adequate sites and securing land among others.

Within the activities we can develop for your Wind Farm project, we can mention: site prospecting, identification of site wind potential and land legal status, contact of landowners and negotiation, identification of technical and legal procedures to be performed, wind resource evaluation of sites of interest.

SIZING OF RE SYSTEMS , WIND RESOURCE EVALUATION, TRAINING, TECHNICAL ECONOMIC ANALYSIS

  • Sizing and component selection of wind power systems and solar-wind hybrid systems, including recommendations of commercial alternatives of components of RE systems available on the market, in order to allow you to do a further implementation. 

  • Evaluation of wind resources, and further statistical analysis of the data acquired (Weibull distribution).

  • Training in theoretical topics as aerodynamic considerations about rotor and wind turbine design, electric and magnetic considerations about permanent magnet generator design, and other subjects.

  • Technical-economic analysis of renewable energy projects. Comparison with other power generation alternatives as fossil fuels.

MECHANICAL, ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC DESIGN

We can work on the development of specific mechanical designs that you may require. We can cover fields as electric machines, permanent magnet devices, tooling and devices for manufacture and others.
