DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL WIND TURBINE (300W) SOME PHOTOS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WIND TURBINE AND THE PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATOR |
| As
part of this R&D project, we worked on the design and construction
of a small wind turbine of 300W of peak power including
the permanent magnet generator (PMG).
A good performance in low and moderated wind speeds, some specific requirements of electric output, and the application of the turbine for battery charging and storage, were some aspects that were considered during the design stage. Some views of the construction: |
